DESCRIPTION:We are very pleased to welcome Prof. Boris Hinz as part of our Implant Lecture Series. \nBoris Hinz\, PhD\nLaboratory of Tissue Repair and Regeneration\nKeenan Chair in Fibrosis Research\, St. Michael’s Hospital\, Toronto\nProfessor\, Faculty of Dentistry\, University of Toronto \nProfessor Boris Hinz works at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto\, where his research focuses on the role of contractile myofibroblasts in physiological wound healing and pathological organ scarring (fibrosis)\, as well as the underlying mechanisms.
