The Management Committee is responsible for the strategic direction of SIIRI. It is tasked with setting goals, determining priorities, and allocating resources. Additionally, the committee designs and organizes initiatives to support early-career researchers and promote equal opportunities, and it is responsible for key personnel decisions.
