We cordially invite you to the kick-off event of the Seminars of Women in Science (SWS) – a network specifically designed to support women in science. Initiated by SIIRI, this network aims to promote the exchange between women scientists at all career stages and to support women in their professional development.
As a highlight of the kick-off event, we are pleased to welcome Professor Dr. Brigitte Schlegelberger, Director of the Institute of Human Genetics at MHH and President of the German Society of Human Genetics.
In her keynote speech, Prof. Schlegelberger will share insights about her career and research, serving as a role model for the participants. Her talk will not only provide fascinating insights into her work but also offer valuable inspiration and ideas for the participants’ own career paths.
After the lecture, we invite you to a get-together where you can discuss, exchange ideas, and network with others in a relaxed setting. This is a great opportunity to connect with other women in science and benefit from the experiences of others.
